Pipers have worked with Chris Wildman, a fifth generation butcher and farmer who makes the chorizo by blending locally sourced pork with smoked paprika, garlic and other spices to make the distinctive cured sausage at his charcuterie in the village of Kirkby Malham in Yorkshire. This is then used to make Kirkby Malham Chorizo flavour crisps.
