The coffees that we source come from farms, estates and cooperatives where there is a drive to improve quality, but never at the expense of the local environment or community. To ensure optimum quality, they are also sourced in line with the varying harvesting seasons that exist between coffee growing origins. We focus on single origin coffees that truly reflect the individual regions in which the coffee grows, taking advantage of unique micro-climates, terrains and the skills and knowledge of the farmer. Here the character of the farm combined with the influence of micro climates, terrain and soil in the region where the coffee grows, all have an impact on the taste of the coffee. We pay premium prices for outstanding coffees, where the farmer or producer group has succeeded in cultivating and processing a harvest that is of exceptional quality. By roasting the coffees to suit their individual character and ensuring the highest standard of freshness, we hope that you can share and enjoy them with family & friends.
