How to Order
Placing an order online
Please be aware that this is a business to business website.
Existing customer of Hider Foods?
If you are an existing customer and have a regular account with Hider Foods please click here. Please then send an e mail (clearly stating your account number, and confirming your name and full address) requesting a password to access the online ordering system. We will then verify the details and contact you with your username and password. Once you receive these (within 48 hours) simply click the Login Button on the top right of our Homepage, and enter these details when requested.
Once you are logged in, simply use the search facility on the top right of the screen to find products (you can enter the product code in here if you already know it) or use the category sections on the left hand side of the screen. Once you’ve selected a category and sub category you can also filter by brand.
You then simply enter the number of each line required, and click ADD to add the product to your basket. You can click the “basket” at any time on the top right of the screen to check your order.
Once you have completed your order, please click PLACE ORDER, select a delivery address, enter your purchase order number and confirm you have read the terms and conditions.
You should receive a confirmation of your order by e mail the following business day. If you don’t please make contact with us.

4. Email your order requirements to sales@hiderfoods.co.uk clearly stating you account number the product codes and descriptions, and quantities of each required.
