How can I use this website to place an order?
We’ve tried to make the online ordering process as straight forward as possible but it should be highlighted that only existing account holders can place orders via this website. Follow the instructions, browse through the categories and add to your basket. Don’t forget to check out the ‘New Products’ and ‘Promotions’ pages for details on all recently listed items and products currently on promotion.
Please note that after completing your selection you will be asked to agree to our Terms and Conditions of Sale. Simply scroll through the page and tick the acknowledgment box then click on ‘place order’. When you are finished, please log off the website.
Please note Hider Food Imports are a business to business company only. We are unable to supply goods to private individuals or households.
How do I use the accounts section?
If you are registered with a username and password this will allow you to also view old orders and your account information. Simply click on the VIEW ACCOUNT button on the top right of the page. This is operated as a separate website to the order entry website, but there should be links on every page to allow you to switch between the two. Please remember to log off both websites when you have finished.
Can I cancel, change or add to an order?
We will certainly try to assist if we can. Simply call our telesales department on 01482 504333 and they’ll happily take your instruction. To add to an order, again either contact our telesales team or simply place a new order as normal. As per terms and conditions we reserve the right not to accept cancelled or amended orders.
How do I know you will receive my order?
We will ensure that for all orders placed online an acknowledgment of receipt of order will be sent via email as soon as possible after the order is placed.
We will endeavour to send by email a copy of the order placed to enable you to check through and rectify any mistakes. It is important at this stage to check through all pricing and quantity details. Please let us know if you do not receive a copy asap.
What if I don’t have an account with you?
If you do not currently have an account with us, but would like to buy from us and open an account then simply contact our telesales department on 01482 504333 (normal office hours 9.00 am – 5.00 pm Monday to Friday). Alternatively, go to the New Account page where you will find application forms for completion online. User name and password to access the site will be forwarded soon after (within 48 hours)
