A recent investment of setting up our own roasting and salting plant has given us greater flexibility in offering a wider range of premium salted nuts with guaranteed freshness.
We commissioned a bespoke company to develop a processing system comprising a feed control hopper, fryer, cooling conveyor and salting unit, giving an output of up to 500 kg per hour.
We currently roast and salt peanuts (both medium and large or “jumbo” as we like to call them), cashews nuts (again 320’s or the larger 240’s or “specials”), almonds and macadamias. We also supply the manufacturing industry with a range of “roasted only” nut kernels.
