Production / Packing
We can re-clean to the highest spec any kind of nut using our latest equipment and can mix automatically using computer feed machinery.
We have modern multihead weighers (Ishida and Yamato) and form-fill and seal machines (Ilapack) enabling us to pack a wide range of nuts, dried fruit, savoury snacks, rice, pulses, breakfast cereals and confectionery.
Various purchases of packaging machinery over recent years have given us the flexibility to produce packs ranging from 10g up to 1,000kg in weight.

All our staff are trained in food safety and hygiene and have received the competence-based NVQ assessment and training.
